New York man files complaint against Polish president for anti-gay marriage speech

: A cheery New House Of York adult male said Wednesday he have filed a ailment against the Polish president for using mental images of him and his spouse in a national address to warn against homosexual marriage.

A little picture cartridge holder of Brendan Fay's wedding ceremony with his spouse Uncle Tom Moulton was woven into President Lech Kaczynski's televised computer address to the state Monday night.

The video, along with a photograph of the couple's matrimony certificate, was shown as the president warned against the dangers of adopting the EU's new pact and its Charter of Cardinal Rights, which Kaczynski states could open up the door to same-sex marriage in Poland.

"An article of the charter, owed to no clear definition of matrimony as a labor union between a adult male and a woman, may travel against the universally accepted moral order in Republic Of Poland and military unit our state to present an establishment in struggle with the moral strong beliefs of the decided bulk of our country," Kaczynski said as the mental images flashed across the screen.

It was not immediately clear how the mental images were obtained. Today in Europe

Fay said that Polish immigrants and newsmen began calling him Tuesday, asking how he felt about having his mental image used in the address.

"My initial reaction was one of surprise and daze really," said Fay, a longtime cheery militant who is a co-founder of the All Inclusive St. Patrick's Day Parade in Queens, New York.

"I started getting interlingual renditions of the phrase the president used as the mental image appeared... My reaction was just really... I thought, 'oh my God, what an insult' ... Uncle Tom and I are just a couple, like any other couple around the world."

Fay, a docudrama film maker who was born in Eire but is now a New House Of House Of York resident, said he submitted his ailment to the Polish Consulate in New York on Tuesday.

"Our mental images clearly were being used in a political campaign by the president of Republic Of Republic Of Poland against cheery woman and gay persons, and fostering intolerance and fearfulness among the people of Poland," he said on Wednesday.

Moulton, who is a paediatric oncologist and met Fay at Lord'S Day Mass, said europium states that license same-sex matrimony have got not suffered from it.

"It have not brought down their economy, it hasn't destroyed any of the heterosexual person marriages... it hasn't brought down the families. If anything, it have strengthened the families," Moulton said.

There is small support for same-sex matrimony in Poland, a deeply Catholic state which joined the European Union in 2004. The Polish fundamental law states that matrimony is only between a adult male and a woman.

As city manager of Warsaw, Kaczynski refused to allow parade licenses for cheery rights marches, while his twin brother, former premier curate Jaroslaw Kaczynski, have said "it's not in the involvement of any society to increase the figure of homosexuals."
